Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.05.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24144 of 2018, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 02.05.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24144 of 2018 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33397 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 subject to deposit a cost of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
