Matter is listed at the instance of the office. It is reported that the order dated 23.4.2019 has been typed with a cause title having CWJC No. 7286 of 2015. The order however has been passed in CWJC No. 7288 of 2015. The effect of the said defect is that the order is recorded in the wrong case of Sanju Kumari on the website in stead of being recorded in the instant case.

In view of the said defect having been pointed out, this Court would direct that the order dated 23.4.2019 be corrected to be read in the records of CWJC No. 7288 of 2015 and cause title be corrected accordingly so as to read cause title of CWJC No. 7288 of 2015.

The order dated 23.4.2019 should be deleted from the records of CWJC No. 7286 of 2015, if the same has so been uploaded on the website.
