JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH JUDGMENT AND ORDER ORAL Date: 25-04-2017 The petitioner seeks direction to regularize academic sessions of the students admitted to various vocational/professional courses in Patliputra College of Computer Science and Management, Patna, which came to be affiliated with Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.

2. After lapse of more than three years, relief, as

Patna High Court CWJC No.293 of 2014 dt.25-04-2017 2/2 sought in the writ application, for regularization of academic sessions of the College, in question, has lost its meaning.

3. The question, whether the concerned College has affiliation and the courses, which the institution claim to be conducting, are recognized or not, are the relevant factors, essential for issuance of such direction. In any view of the matter, in my opinion, this application has become infructuous for all practical purposes and is, accordingly, dismissed. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J.)
