The petitioner cannot seek transfer of the respondent no.6 as he has no locus standi. The petitioner is an ordinary citizen and, therefore, he cannot question the continuance of a public officer much less seek his transfer.
This writ application is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
