It is submitted that the petitioner questioned the order dated 03.05.2016 passed by the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Society adjudicating upon an election petition preferred by the private respondent giving rise to Election Case No. 257 of 2014 whereby, he has directed for the fresh recount of the votes cast.

3. Learned counsel for the parties fairly submit that the matter relates to PACS election held in the year 2014 and by the efflux of time, the same has become infructuous.
