ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 25-01-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the Corporation and counsel for the State present. By the counter affidavit it transpires that the Corporation has made the payment towards Gratuity, amount of G.S.L.I., full Leave Encashment. In the counter affidavit it has been categorically stated that account of arrears of dearness allowances shall be made as per the availability of fund to the retire employee according to seriatum on the basis of respective date of retirement. Counsel for the Corporation further submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.12421 of 2021(4) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 that payment of orderly allowances and Electricity Bills have also been made.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that detail calculation chart has not been provided.

In this background, this application is disposed off with direction given to the respondent-corporation that he shall provide calculation chart to the petitioner of the payment and liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner that upon going through the calculation if he found that anything due, he shall file representation before the Corporation who shall assure the payment to the petitioner within two weeks after availability of the fund for the payment of retired employees. With this direction, this writ application stands disposed off.
