2. Heard learned counsel for the Bihar Public Service Commission.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the BPSC to accept the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Micro-biology for appointment in various medical colleges and hospitals in the State of Bihar, interview for which was to be held on 09.05.2012.

4. The BPSC has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the petitioner did not have the mandatory

Patna High Court CWJC No.8909 of 2012(3) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 three years teaching experience as senior resident/tutor in terms of the advertisement issued based on the recruitment rules and, therefore, his candidature was rejected. It has also been stated in the counter affidavit that the interview for the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Micro-biology was held on 09.05.2012 as fixed and thereafter the result of the interview held was also published on 17.05.2012 by the BPSC.

In view of the above, since the petitioner was found to be lacking in the teaching experience as highlighted hereinabove and also in view of the fact that the interview for the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology was held on 09.05.2012 and the result of which was also published on 17.05.2012 by the BPSC, no relief sought for by the petitioner in the instant writ petition can be granted at this stage.
