Mr Ranjeet Kr Pandey, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation that in view of Annexure A to the counter affidavit that is Communication dated 21.02.2012 sent by the petitioner to the Administrator to the effect that he has instructed his lawyer not to pursue his proceedings arising out of CWJC No 986 of 2012, the writ petition should be dismissed. This Court would finds that such communication of the petitioner has been enclosed in the counter affidavit and was served on the petitioner's counsel way back on 15th March, 2012 itself. The order sheet further reveals that lastly when the matter
Patna High Court CWJC No.986 of 2012(4) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 was taken up on 23.05.2017, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, when the matter is called out, there is none to represent the petitioner nor any prayer has been made for adjournment.
Without going into the merits of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
