Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 663 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that from the reading of the F.I.R. it seems that the deceased was ill and thereafter she died. The family of the deceased has performed the postmortem. There is no ante mortem injury in the body of the deceased. The F.S.L. report suggests that she committed suicide by taking poison. It has also been submitted that the petitioner has two minor children.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Patna City, in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 663 of 219 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
