In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation has been made that the petitioner has made undue pressure to create forged document in his favour to get benefit of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact, the petitioner filed a complaint against the informant, on that account, to save his skin, the present FIR has been lodged against the petitioner.

No.29003 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a further condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for the purposes of investigation and interrogation, he will remain present for the investigation.
