The application is allowed by permitting the applicant to correct the typographical mistake in mentioning the name of the father of the applicant. The amendment be effected forthwith.

Interlocutory Application No.1 of 2022 is accordingly allowed.

This application is filed for modification of the order dated 16.05.2022 inasmuch as name of father of the applicant is concerned.

No.37711 of 2022(3) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 It is seen that because of typographical error name of father of the applicant was typed in the bail application as Munna Jha instead of Muninath Jha. Consequently, the same mistake was carried in the order dated 16.05.2022 passed by this Court. Name of father of the applicant was mentioned in the said order as Munna Jha. The applicant has corrected the name of his father by filing Interlocutory Application No.1 of 2022 and getting order thereof.

In this view of the matter, this criminal miscellaneous application for correction of name of father of the applicant is allowed. The name be corrected accordingly.
