Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for payment of salary/wages of the petitioner from the month of May, 2005 to November, 2007.

Learned counsel for the petitioner outrightly submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has received Rs. 200200/- (Rupees two lakhs and two thousand) for the dues amount pertaining to salary/wages of the petitioner from the month of May, 2005 to November, 2007. He further submits that salary of the petitioner has been dues since 2005, therefore, the petitioner is entitled for the interest on that amount.

In view of the aforesaid, petitioner is given a liberty to file representation before the respondent no. 1 for interest on the dues amount of salary, which was paid in the year 2024, which was dues since 2005. If the petitioner has filed a representation before the respondent no. 1, he will consider the same and dispose of the representation of the petitioner with a speaking order within a period of four weeks, and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the interest on the dues amount, the same shall be paid to the petitioner withing next four weeks. 5.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
