====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 504 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that instant case has been filed due to property dispute. Petitioner has also filed case against the family members of the informant vide Pipra P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence, petitioner fired on the informant but it did not hit her. It is further alleged that father of the petitioner assaulted the informant on leg with lathi causing injury to her and she fell

The injury report of the informant has been enclosed as Annexure-4 wherein the Doctor has found pain all over body and opined the injuries to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjay Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi, Distt. Patna, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.32 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
