2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 vide order dated 10.02.2026 passed in Complaint Case No. 388 of 2024 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to make out a case for cancellation of bail.
4. Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the court below, by filing an appropriate application raising all her
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32720 of 2026(3) dt.28-07-2026 2/2 grievances.
5. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the learned Magistrate concerned, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of its filing, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties. In the event of non-cooperation by any party, the learned Magistrate shall be at liberty to proceed ex parte in accordance with law.
