The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 26.11.2013 passed by learned S.D.J.M., Saran at Chapra in Complaint Case No.2634 of 2011 whereby the bail bonds of the petitioner has been cancelled without considering the facts and circumstances of case properly and further to confirm the petitioner's provisional anticipatory bail dated 1110-2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38738 of 2012 of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
