The State of Bihar & Ors.).

That being so, this application is also disposed of in terms of the observation made in the case of Ramanuj Prasad (supra).

It, however, goes without saying that if such an appeal will be filed by the petitioner within a period of thirty days as

Patna High Court CWJC No.15168 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 observed in the case of Ramanuj Prasad (supra), the same shall be disposed of expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of such appeal.
