The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhorey P.S.Case No.334 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of stolen motorcycle from in front of the house of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his house and he is in custody since 13.10.2018 and the charge sheet has already been submitted as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
