JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. From perusal of report of the Additional Sessions Judge IV, Aurangabad dated 7.10.2020 sent in connection with Sessions Trial No. 287/17/381/18, arising out of Aurangabad Town Police Station Case No. 286/2016 it appears that the case had been fixed for remaining argument on 23.3.2020 but on account of surge of Covid 19 pandemic, argument on behalf of the concerned accused has not been concluded till date. In view of the report of the trial court, the bail petition of the petitioner is refused.

As the petitioner is in custody since 26.9.2016, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
