Patna High Court MJC No.1296 of 2023(4) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 Rural Works Department, Sheikhpura Division, Sheikhpura has been filed along with Annexures - A and B. In the personal affidavit, he has given an undertaking that before 31.05.2024, necessary action would be taken for the purpose of construction of cover of the canal/drainage.

2. Accordingly, present MJC No. 1296 of 2023 stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to file interlocutory application for revival of this order in the event of noncompliance of undertaking given by the opposite party No. 6 in his personal affidavit.
