Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, directing the respondent to release the arrears of salaries for the period from January, 2014 to December, 2014 as well as for the months of February and March, 2016 along with the enhanced D.A. with interest @ 18%.

3. Learned Counsel for the Bihar State Food Corporation submits that the latest counter affidavit has been

Patna High Court CWJC No.1580 of 2017(6) dt.21-02-2025 2/3 filed, in which a chart has been included which clearly shows that the District Manager, SFC, Bhagalpur, reserved an authorization amount of Rs. 1,13,245/- in favour of the petitioner and also paid this amount to the petitioner through Cheque No. 000573 dated 12.10.2018 and banker's advice No. 1439 dated 12.10.2018, annexed as Annexure- R/1 to the counter affidavit.

4. Counsel for the petitioner, in response, submits that the E.P.F. amount has been deducted but not paid. Counsel further submits that all dues have not been paid.

5. In response, Counsel for the Bihar State Food Corporation Limited submits that the admitted dues have already been paid, and a tabular chart has been provided showing the entire details.

6. In the light of the submissions made by the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed off, directing the petitioner that if he still has any grievances, he shall submit the detailed chart and file a representation before the Respondent Authorities for further payment, if required.

7. It is made clear that the amount of E.P.F. shall be paid to the petitioner by the E.P.F. Department, but for this, he must make the necessary requisitions to his employer. It is
