The Principal of the College, who is duly represented through a counsel, is directed to make payment of Rs.29,20,534.00, which has been sent by cheque to him by the University. He must remit the above amount through R.T.G.S. to the petitioner's account in State Bank of India, Binodpur Branch, Katihar, Account No. 20018993454, IFSC SBIN 16623, forthwith without any delay. If there is any discrepancy which the petitioner finds with regard to payment of gratuity which has been argued and urged before the bar, the petitioner or a person authorized by her can very much approach the Registrar of the University who will have an obligation or duty to verify the

The Court finds it strange that even though the provident fund has been authorized on 26.10.2016, the same has not been paid to the petitioner as is the stand of the counsel. The Registrar of the University will verify this position and if the amount has not been released or paid in favour of the petitioner, he will ensure that it is done so within a period of three months thereof.
