The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.01.2019. He further submits that petitioner and three other co-accused were involved in snatching the key to the driver on the gun point and taking away the Scorpio vehicle of the informant.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
