2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 61, 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are alleged to have called the deceased on the pretext of a birthday party and thereafter the deceased was killed.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 5.1.2025.

5. Considering the participation of the petitioners in the alleged crime, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. Re:- Cr. Misc. No. 27774 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

7. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 3 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 61, 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

8. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of having participated in the killing of the deceased.

9. The petitioner is in custody since 8.1.2025.

10. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and the murder weapon has been recovered from one Pyarelal Bind and there is no direct material against the petitioner.

11. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

12. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur/concerned Court below in connection with Chainpur P.S.
