JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 Writ petition has been filed for payment of dues on account of subsistence allowance to the petitioner's husband and other death cum retrial dues of husband of the petitioner. Counsel for the State has stated with reference to para 13 of the counter affidavit, filed by respondent Nos. 4 and 5, that authorities have made all the due payment in accordance with law which has been received by the petitioner on 8.8.2015, i.e. after filing of the writ petition.

Since none appears on behalf of the petitioner, without going into merit of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
