JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420/120B and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examinations Act.

Prosecution case is that in course of post examination biometrics check, thumb impression and photographs of 656 persons including the petitioner did not match with their earlier data.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender
