The present petition has been filed seeking the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8536 of 2015(6) dt.08-08-2023 2/3 following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of direction commanding the respondents to grant subsidy to the petitioners to be paid under Dairy Entrepreneurship Development Scheme along with interest.

(ii) For initiation of proceeding against the erring respondents due to whose inaction and sitting tight over the matter of granting subsidy under D.E.D.S. Scheme, the petitioners have not got subsidy even after laspe of more than 2 years and their lives ruined under the pressure of bank loan and are also not getting the fruit of the said Scheme and other Schemes."

At the outset, it has been pointed out that the present writ petition is not maintainable, in view of the Full Bench judgment of this Court rendered in the case of Vidya Bhushan Abhay vs. Bihar State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Limited, reported in 2010(4) PLJR 26. 3.

Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of their
