JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 The petitioner seeks direction to respondent nos. 5 and 6 to act and execute the work as per the guidelines of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as 'the MANREGA'), as no action is being taken.

2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioner brings a specific issue before respondent nos. 2 and 3 about non-adherence to the provisions of the scheme or if otherwise acting in violation of the same,

3. It goes without saying that upon conclusion of enquiry, the Chief Executive Officer should take up follow action, if so warranted.
