JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 16-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the complainant-opposite party no.2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 3377(c) of 2015 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the complaint, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.955 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 3377(c) of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
