In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 250 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 383, 353, 332, 333, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. As per statement made in the First Information Report, the police received information with regard to illegal mining of sand. A team was constituted, they raided at the Balu Ghat where they found illegal storage of sand, whereupon, the anti-social elements started assaulting the police party in which the Inspector received injury and he was sent to the hospital for his treatment. Altogether 31 persons have been arrested from there and the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the arrested persons.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Kumar @ Ranjay Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additinal Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Saran, Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 250 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation/interrogation, he will remain present and if he would not present himself, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
