It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's claim is covered by decision of Division Bench in LPA No 43 of 2016 which was decided on 13.08.2019. The petitioner, therefore, will claim benefit under the said order by making a detailed claim showing that his case is covered by the said decision.
