2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks that his case with regard to second time bound promotion may be considered in light of the order dated 04.04.2024 passed in L.P.A. No. 97 of 2021 (The Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation &
Patna High Court CWJC No.6947 of 2012(5) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 Anr. Vs. Sadan Kumar Sinha & Ors.).

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before the Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Patna who will decide the grievance of the petitioner as prayed for in the present writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation in light of the judgment dated 04.04.2024 passed in L.P.A. No. 97 of 2021 (The Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation & Anr. Vs. Sadan Kumar Sinha & Ors.).
