2. The present petition has been preferred for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4742 of 2014(5) dt.27-02-2026 2/3 following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Order dated 07.07.2010 passed by the Joint Director, Consolidation, Muzaffarpur in Revision Case no. 823/1991 by which he set aside the Order dated 30.09.1991 passed in Appeal no. 12/1989 of the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Sitamarhi and further for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents not to interfere with the map and khatiyan of the revision survey stands in the name of the petitioner as well as respondent no. 7 to 12 and their right, title and possession over the land in dispute.

3. On 27.01.2018, the coordinate bench recorded that the sole petitioner is no more and as such allowed the learned counsel to bring on record the Vakalatnama of the heirs. It has not been done and the same prayer is made.

4. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that heirs be granted liberty to approach

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
