The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 12 of 2020, G.R. No. 163 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused Sonu Singh and Bigul Kumar and except confession, no cogent material has come during course of the investigation against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 12 of 2020/ Gr. No. 163 of 2020.
