2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 11.02.2025, whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 1621 of 2022, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of ten weeks.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner needs some more time to comply the order dated 11.02.2025 in which he was directed to give demand draft of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30196 of 2025(2) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 5,28,000/- payable in favour of the complainant.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

5. The order dated 11.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31945 of 2024 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

6. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
