JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 20.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25954 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the main bail petition the father's name of the petitioner was typed as "Ramkripal Singh" in place of "Ramkripal Sah". Accordingly, the same has been incorporated in the order dated 20.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25954 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the main bail application. Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, in the order dated 20.06.2018 the father's name of the petitioner be read as "Ramkripal Sah" in place of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38761 of 2018(2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 "Ramkripal Singh".
In such circumstances, three week's further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of this order to surrender before the Court below on same terms and conditions as mentioned under order dated 20.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No 25954 of 2018.
The order dated 20.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No 25954 of 2018 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
