The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 77/2018, instituted for offences under Sections 341, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55768/2018 with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after six months in the event no substantive progress is made in trial. Report from the court below regarding present stage of trial has been received, wherein it is mentioned that out of seven witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined. Case is pending for evidence of I.O. and doctor.

In such circumstances, the instant bail petition is disposed off with direction to the trial court to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order and send compliance report.
