The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No.214 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner claims the the land of place of occurrence and due to land dispute this fight has taken place and there is also counter case.

Considering the nature of dispute and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, this application for anticipatory

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M.K. Pandey, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No.214 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
