The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Dhanarua P.S. Case No.230 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court vide order dated 10.07.2020 and 14.01.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No.7662 of 2020 and Cr.Misc.No.80587 of 2019 respectively (Annexure 2 and 3).

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39216 of 2021(2) dt.25-02-2022 2/2 of the case as well as Annexure 2 and 3, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.230 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
