JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 The petitioner makes a grievance that his salary has not been paid from December 2006 to February 2007, and further after November 2012, till date. He also wants for a direction upon the respondents to ensure payment of this claim within a reasonable time frame.

Be that as it may, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the District Magistrate, Banka that taking cognizance of letter No. 64 dated 17-2-2014(Annexure-H to the counter-affidavit ), he shall take a decision and issue appropriate direction with regard to the above mentioned prayer within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
