The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent to publish the final result of the post of Amin in pursuance of Advertisement no. 01010114 dated 13.02.2014 published in Daily Newspaper by the Secretary, Bihar State Selection Commission and on publication of the result, petitioner be appointed to the post of Amin. "

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna has submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already stood adjudicated by the Ld. Division Bench of this Court by a judgment dated 10.12.2015, passed in L.P.A. no. 1675 of 2015 (Vidya Bhushan and others v. The State of Bihar and others) and the issues raised by the candidates have been negated. It is also submitted that the selection process, emanating out of Advertisement, published in the 2014 has already been concluded long back, hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the issue under consideration has been decided against the petitioner, by the Ld. Division Bench of this Court in the case of Vidya Bhushan (supra), the present writ petition be disposed off. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
