The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Amarpur P.S. case No. 664 of 2018 registered under Section 323, 379, 385, 354(B) and some other Sections of the IPC.

The informant, Ward Member of Ward No.11, alleged that while she was sitting on her Darwaja Fulo Poddar, Vijay Poddar, Nawal Kishore Poddar, Ashok Poddar and Vikash Poddar came and demanded extortion of Rs. 50,000/-. When grand daughter of informant came, Sonu Poddar, petitioner No.1, is alleged to have caught her hand with bad intention. She further alleged that Ritesh Poddar and Ranjeet Poddar, petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 started eve teasing her daughter. Satyabhama Devi and Rekha Devi assaulted the grand son of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Satyabhama Devi and Rekha Devi have already been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30693 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail. From the side of petitioners Amarpur P.S. case No. 663 of 2018 was registered. For construction of drainage there was altercation between two sides for which the informant lodged this case making false and frivolous allegation of outraging modesty of her daughter and grand daughter. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. case No. 664 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
