The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 93 of 2020 arising out of Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 288 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 420, 386, 413, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 11727 of 2020 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30697 of 2020(2) dt.18-12-2020 2/2 since 14.11.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Supaul in connection with S.T. No. 93 of 2020 arising out of Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 288 of 2019.
