2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, on secret information a raid was conducted in the house of petitioner from where a handwritten Notebook Register of Mauza Chhajjupur, PS No. 89 (in which details of Khata, Khesra, Rakwa were mentioned (containing total 21 pages), a handwritten Gair Majarua Aam

No.30313 of 2023(2) dt.17-07-2023 2/3 Register of Mauza Basudeopur PS No. 103 (containing total 60 pages), duplicate copy of Khatiyan of Bikrampur Mauza, PS No. 110 (containing total 71 pages, duplicate copy of Khatiyan of Narottampur Mauza, PS No. 109 (containing total 31 pages) and duplicate copy of Khatiyan of Shrighana Mauza PS No. 100 (containing total 192 pages) were recovered.

5. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is a licensee deed writer bearing License No. 06/2002 and being a deed writer, he was in possession of alleged seized documents which are photo copies and handwritten note in original form. It is not the case that any manipulation, fabrication, alteration or forgery in valuable security has been committed by the petitioner. The details of Khatiyan and details of documents are already available on the Internet.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai
