In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 593 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 386, 506, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In the present case, an allegation has been made that 15-20 persons in the motorcycle armed with deadly weapons came in the market with a view to extract money from the shopkeepers and also created terror in the area.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court towards the order dated 15.11.2017 (Annexure-2) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54734 of 2017 by the Co-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5874 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 ordinate Bench of this Court granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners of that case.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Manish Kumar Mishra @ Manish Kumar @ Monu Baba is rejected.
