2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the counter affidavit, it is apparent that the petitioner has paid all his legal dues upto the period he has worked in the Corporation i.e. 08.01.2006.

3. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum if any amount is still due in accordance with law.
