JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 4 of the writ petition. The petitioner filed a complaint under section 101 of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act which was disposed of on 6.5.2013. Being aggrieved, the petitioner preferred an appeal under section 112 of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 which was not even accepted. Thereafter, the petitioner sent an appeal through registered post.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14508 of 2013 (2) dt.27-07-2015 The Appellate authority under section 112 of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 would entertain the appeal and would decide the same in accordance with law. It would be open for the petitioner to file an application before the competent authority against the apprehended sale of land in question. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
