The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379, 354 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioners and some unknown persons got down from Scorpio vehicle, entered the house of informant and assaulted the informant with Fasuli and butt of pistol and also misbehaved with the female members of the family.

Case and counter case. Although as per the FIR eight persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant, but only four injuries have been found on the person of informant, out of which one is grievous in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Goshi P.S. Case No. 354 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
