In this case, the petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 317 of 2015 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the petitioners were granted privilege of bail under section 41 of Code of Criminal Procedure. In such view of the matter, this application is not maintainable. However, if the petitioners surrenders and have not misused the privilege of bail during the period of sustenance
