====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 10-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. 2.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.530 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 302, 34 of the IPC and 27 of Arms Act. 3.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other co-accused persons are indulged in murder of the brother of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. There is general and omnibus allegation against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39077 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 the petitioners. There is land dispute between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioners have suppressed their criminal antecedent and in this regard produced the F.I.R. before the Court bearing Gaurichak P.S. Case No.457 of 2023.

Considering this fact that the petitioners have suppressed their criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on their behalf is hereby rejected.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
