2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(a)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein the victim has stated that while she was in a hotel in Jaipur, this petitioner and co-accused Rajiv Kumar met her and this petitioner showed her photo of two persons for marriage, which she (victim) refused. The victim has not alleged that this petitioner is involved in her kidnapping. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. as also the fact that petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. VI cum Special Judge, POCSO, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
